The Kanban board
Each column on the board represents a pipeline stage. Lead cards move left to right as deals progress. Default stages:- New — freshly created leads with no qualification yet
- Qualified — leads confirmed as genuine opportunities
- Proposal sent — quote or proposal shared with the customer
- Negotiation — terms being discussed
- Won — deal closed successfully
- Lost — deal did not close
Lead cards
Each card on the board shows:- Contact name
- Lead title (e.g. “Office furniture order”)
- Estimated deal value and currency
- Assigned owner
- Source conversation (if the lead was created from a conversation)
Lead detail view
The lead detail view shows:- All lead fields (title, value, stage, owner, contact)
- Linked WhatsApp messages from the source conversation
- Activity log — every stage move and reassignment
- Associated quotation (if created)
Funnel stats
Click Funnel at the top of the Leads page to see aggregate pipeline data:- Number of leads per stage
- Total estimated value per stage
- Conversion rate between stages
