When a customer messages your WhatsApp number, it appears in Conversations automatically.Open the conversation, type your reply in the message box, and press Send.To proactively message a contact, open their contact record and click Send template.
You can only send free-form messages within 24 hours of the customer’s last message. After that window closes, you must use an approved template. See the 24-hour window.
